Meet Your Advocate - Kellin Gent
Hi there! Nice to meet you — I’m Kellin.
I’m proud to call the Triad home and to serve the community where I live. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University before going on to pursue my law degree at Elon University School of Law, which brought me to Greensboro.
I built my career on one principle: every client deserves advocacy that sees them as a whole person, not just a case number. Before starting my own practice, I worked as an assistant public defender, where I learned firsthand how transformative thoughtful, dedicated representation can be—especially for communities that are often overlooked.
Now, in my own practice, I bring that same commitment to every client. Whether it’s navigating accessibility needs, protecting privacy, or supporting LGBTQ+ clients, I tailor my approach to each person’s unique situation. My goal is simple: to stand with you, amplify your voice, and provide representation that puts you first.
Outside the office, I’m a proud book nerd, an avid gym-goer, lover of all things theatre, and a cat dad to two very opinionated supervisors, Bow and Tie. Curiosity, discipline, and heart guide both my life and my advocacy.
